Course Objectives:

By the end of the course, delegates will be able to: 
• Understand the concepts of Hazard, Risk and Generic and Site-specific Risk Assessments.
• Analyse work operations, identify hazards and risks and propose control measures.
• Demonstrate an ability to complete generic and pro-forma risk assessment sheets.
• State the roles and responsibilities of individuals within your business.
• Understand the need for revision and maintenance of existing assessments.

• Legal background and where RA fits in
• Generic risk assessments
• Site-specific risk assessments
• Who is responsible for what

Certification: Arboricultural Association certificate
