Stella Bollam works on the Sheffield City Council Community Forestry team. Her interest in the sector was sparked by attending a Zoom webinar in the middle of lockdown about arb careers for women. Now working in arboriculture and studing for her Level 4 Diploma in Arboriculture, Stella is supporting #IWD sharing a picture of herself doing the #EmbraceEquity pose.
