This year the Workshop is focusing on safety in arboriculture, with a series of presentations on key safety practices to get you up to speed. You’ll also get the chance to meet the ISA.

Come and see Marston Vale Tree Care demonstrate the convenience and lightweight of the MSA 160 T top handled chainsaw, also the power of the HTA 85 cordless telescopic pole pruner, you may even be able to spot a ‘new release’!

Showcase of our extensive range of forestry chainsaws

Giving you a chance to see our chainsaw range in action, including our latest addition the MS 462 C-M and a preview of the MS 500i.

Carving creations

Watch the talented Simon O’Rourke create some amazing carvings from wood, which will be auctioned off for our STIHL GB chosen charity.

Main Arena – Welsh Axemen

Crowd-pleasers the Welsh Axemen will demonstrate and compete in a variety of events using axes and saws performing original lumberjack skills, alongside modern techniques and equipment.

STIHL – Rugby Tackle Game

In between the performances of the Axemen, ARB Show visitors can have a go at the inflatable STIHL Rugby Tackle Game. After impact the machine measures the strength of each tackle and displays a score which shows the G-Force of each hit.

The Arboricultural Association’s Tree Climbers’ Forum brings together arborists to talk, interact, discuss and demonstrate a range of modern techniques to provide safe, effective work-at-height solutions within arboriculture. Drop into the Forum, next to the 3ATC competition, any time to get some ideas or ask a question.
