Midlands Branch ran a sell-out seminar led by Jeremy Barrell and Dr David Lonsdale at the Hawkesyard Estate near Rugeley in Staffordshire in September.
A full account of this event from Adam Winson appears below and we would like to thank our speakers, Branch Chair Mick Boddy and all who attended. Thanks also go to Emma Hall at Arb Association HQ who organised the venue which made this seminar possible. The feedback forms showed the seminar was a success.
If you attend any of our events, please do fill in a feedback form: your responses really help us to understand what members enjoy and what could be improved next time we’re organising a seminar or a visit.
New events
Behind the scenes the Midlands Branch committee is busy planning a variety of events that we hope will appeal to members. A questionnaire will be going out to all members shortly requesting suggestions for seminars/events/visits/training that you would like to see on the programme. Please do fill this in as it really helps us to plan events. If you don’t receive a questionnaire by the end of November and are a member of the Midlands Branch, please let us know. Finally, if you have any questions or suggestions about Midlands Branch, please get in touch with me – ellenboardman18@gmail.com.
We look forward to seeing you at a branch event soon.
