E3P is looking for a capable and motivated Senior Arboricultural Consultant to join our Manchester or Birmingham team.
This is a hands-on technical role for an experienced arboriculturist who can independently undertake surveys, prepare high-quality reports and drawings, and support development and tree-management projects across the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking BS5837 tree surveys and tree-condition/risk inspections
- Preparing Tree Survey Schedules, Arboricultural Impact Assessments and Method Statements
- Producing Tree Constraints, Impact and Protection Plans using AutoCAD
- Identifying development constraints and providing practical advice on tree retention and protection
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and project consultants
- Managing workloads, budgets and deadlines
- Supporting graduate and junior team members
About you:
You’ll have at least 3 years’ relevant arboricultural experience, a relevant qualification and a good working knowledge of BS5837:2012 and BS3998:2010.
Strong report-writing, tree identification and communication skills are essential, along with a full UK driving licence.
LANTRA PTI, QTRA, AutoCAD/GIS experience and professional membership would be advantageous.
