We are seeking to appoint a full time Customer Services Advisor & Repair Technician. This role is based at our offices in Tebay, Cumbria.

Key responsibilities

Administration

  • Inspect, record and test warranty claims across our brand portfolio
  • Provide feedback on and respond to warranty claim queries via phone and email
  • Respond to other queries relating to products, orders and deliveries via phone and email
  • Negotiate resolutions
  • Process all returns using our CRM system

Operations

  • Carry out repairs on returned products where appropriate in-line with brand sustainability aims
  • Ensure repairs are carried out to a high quality and in a timely manner
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of spare parts for the repair workshop
  • Ensure the smooth running of the workshop area(s)
  • Maintain technical, brand and product knowledge and qualifications (where applicable)

Hours of work

This is a full-time role which equates to 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:30 to 14:00.
