    10.00 - 10.20 The Work at Height Regulations 2004, the implications for arboriculture (Adrian Hodkinson Fri, Ron Jervis Sat, both HM Inspectors of Health and Safety)
    11.00 - 11.20 Health and Safety - an essential update for contractors (AA staff and associates)
    12.00 - 12.20 Insurance Open Forum (chaired by the AA's chair elect Jim Quaife) and will be your opportunity to find out what the AA has been doing, what the current options for insurance are, what the future for insurance might be and of course to have your say!
    13.00 - 13.20 Training and Certification (Simon Richmond, Development Manager, LANTRA Awards)
    14.00 - 14.20 Vibration - Good or Bad? With the Physical Agents Directive due to come into force in less than 12 months, employers face more rigorous requirements to ensure their workers are not exposed to excessive levels of vibration. The workshop will outline key implications of the Directive and look at how one manufacturer is responding to the issues; helping to ensure that good health is good business (Hans Fairley, Andreas Stihl Ltd.)
    15.00 - 15.20 Basic LOLER for the contractor - not for egg-heads but some really practical stuff for arborists, like 'how often do I have to check my harness, how do I mark a rope, what about platforms' etc.)
