Planning Conditions to Protect Trees

It has long been a desire of the Arboricultural Association to produce a set of Planning Conditions reflecting the current measures used to identify and protect trees during development. In 2006 the Association prepared a draft set of Conditions for consultation and is now in the final stages of preparing a submission to Government.

ERRATUM: Please note that there was an error in Para E [75(c)] on the original consultation draft (which referred to BS59837 instead of BS5837).  Quoting BS59837 negates this condition.
