Department of Communities and Local Government	Planning White Paper "Transfer of Planning Appeals to Inspectors" This includes proposals to transfer the administration of TPO appeals under sections 78 and 208 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to the Planning Inspectorate (rather than the Government Offices as at present), and to allow the Inspectorate, rather than the Secretary of State, to determine the appeal.
