National Occupational Standards: Two weeks consultation left

25th October 2011

National Occupational Standards (NOS) describe what workers need to do, know and understand to carry out their job role in a consistent and competent way.  There are just 2 weeks left to take part in the consultation of the revised trees and timber NOS.

If you haven’t yet had the opportunity to sign up and take part in the consultation, we would urge you to do so.  By taking part you will be entered into the prize draw with a chance to win a STIHL Chainsaw.

For further details of the review and consultation please follow this link. www.lantra.co.uk/tree-nos

Why is this important for arboriculturists?  See http://www.trees.org.uk/aa/news/Help-get-the-standard-right-and-perhaps-win-a-chainsaw-53.html
