Arboricultural Surveyor/Technician
Temp to Perm

This post, is based at our offices in Oxfordshire, you will report directly to the Senior Consultant, this role requires tree surveying inspections, evaluation, and reporting, supervision & monitoring of new developments close to trees, British tree identification skills and CAD technical support. The right candidate will be able to progress to Consultant status.
The role will appeal to someone with a degree, technicians certificate HND or level 6 Diploma in Arboriculture, or at least 2-3 years practical experience in tree surgery, who now wishes to broaden their career and join our practice. He or she will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be I.T. literate and have a practical approach to work. CAD experience would be a distinct advantage.
A clean driving licence and use of a car is required.

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable Arboriculturist required to undertake Development Management, TPO and tree inspection work in the Cotswolds.
Potential Tree Officers must be qualified to PD Arb (RFS) or equivalent and have three year’s relevant experience. (For the Assistant Tree Officer post, you must be qualified to Tech. Cert. (ArborA) level or equivalent.)

Landscape Services division, part of KCF provides grounds, tree and related services.
We wish to recruit a full-time team leader / manager able to establish and lead a team of arborists, developing an established arboricultural service and business.
This exciting post offers a first class opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated professional to lead from the front a quality service and business growth.
Experience of all tree works, tree inspection and management of staff is essential as is demonstrable industry experience including team leadership as well as advanced climbing & rigging and tree inventory systems knowledge.
Good administrative skills and IT skills are required and maybe enhanced through training.
A full driving license is essential (pre 1997 with B + E or with trailer use) and a company vehicle for home to work travel maybe provided.
You should have NPTC units CS30, 31, 38, and 39 with a minimum of four years' commercial climbing experience and full first aid qualification as applicable. PA1, 2 or 6 A plus evidence of IOSHH or similar is preferable.
Twenty days annual leave plus bank holidays are offered. All PPE and equipment will be provided. Out of hours call out / standby rota maybe required.
