How do I complain about a contractor or consultant?

Our accredited ARB Approved Contractors and AA Registered Consultants are assessed for their high levels of quality on a regular basis to ensure they meet our exacting standards. If however you find yourself in the position that you wish to complain about their services or conduct then there are three documents you need to download and understand.

We have a code of ethics and a code of professional conduct, any breach of these may be cause for you to want to complain. We would always advise that you contact the contractor or consultant to resolve the issue before contacting the Arboricultural Association.

If you find that there is no other recourse we do have a complaints procedure that can be downloaded, filled out and sent back to us. Below are the documents you need to be aware of and the complaints procedure:
